Worth mentioning!

*Paisley has a little kitchen set she got from Grandma Marcia and Grandpa Bruce for her 2nd birthday out in Florida and she loves it. It's sometimes hard for me because I want her to play the right way and put things where they go. Well, one day I thought I'd organize and put it all the right way so I was pulling stuff out of cupboards and the oven but when I open the fridge I see one of her babies stuffed in the fridge! It was all bent in half and all. I got quite a kick out of it! A shocker but funny!

*When I put Paisley to sleep or down for a nap I have to lay by her. Sometimes she just wants to play so I have to tell her I"m going to leave unless she goes to sleep. So she'll hurry and close her eyes and try to fall asleep. But it's the funniest thing because if she has to adjust her baby or get up she'll keep her eyes closed so I don't have to tell her again. It's the funniest thing!

*When I take out the trash at our apartment she'll come with me and sit on the grass and watch me as I cross the parking lot to the dumpster. As I look back and see her sitting there with her baby just watching me it gives me the biggest smile!

*Paisley is now counting to ten. It's not perfect but sooo cute! Sometimes she say 1-2-3- and the back to 1 or even stop at 8 and think she's finished but we help her through. Most of the time she does pretty good.

*The other morning Kari and I were headed to work out so I got on my gym clothes. Well, Paisley thought it was clearly a swimming suit and said, "I-my suit!"and asked, "Suit ina water?" I had to explain it wasn't a swimsuit and that we weren't going swimming which broke my heart because you could tell she was so excited!

*When I go to my bathroom to go potty all of a sudden she'll come around the corner with her toilet in hand to bring it to my bathroom so she can come join me. It's hilarious!

Paisley's panties

Paisley is so funny and continues to make me smile from ear to ear and laugh all the time! We are trying to potty train her and it's not going so well. One day she ran into the bathroom and I didn't think much of it and then she comes running to me and says, "Mom, I need a poo-poo!" So I hurry and run her to the bathroom and sit her on her little toilet and I see pee down in the bottom and her underwear is wet. The little toilet is shouting, "Yaaa!" because it has a sensor that detects when warmth or whatever is in the toilet. We kept telling her, "Good girl" and gave her a treat! She was so happy playing around the house bouncing around saying. "I'n good girl!"

A couple of times we'll ask her if she needs to go and sometimes she'll say ya so we'll go in and sit there doing nothing. She hasn't gone in it since.:( Well I was drying my hair and I turn around and see Paisley playing in my room with her baby. She had obviously tried pulling up her panties by herself and it clearly didn't work. They were all the way up wrapped around her waist and not hiding a thing! Doug and I laughed so hard!

Sportsmans

We went to Sportsmans with Dev and Dal and Paisley made me move so she could sit in this chair. Then she made me take a picture. Dev came to the rescue and was able to take one!

The Browns come visit

Mandi, Madi, Koda (Bubba) and Tia came to stay with us for a few days. Kari, Paisley and I were in Heaven. We all had a blast! We took a trip to our community pool but that didn't last long. The water was too cold. We did some shopping {where Koda may or may not have cracked his head open in the middle of H&M}, we went to a movie, went out to eat at The Dodo and Cheesecake factory, played cards, went to IKEA and watched more movies. Thanks for coming guys! We love you!

Another trip to Scheels

We made it! We are officially residents of the Salt Lake area! We had to take a break from the moving madness so we went to Scheels. PaisleY and Skylar drove!

4 Generations ???

Sitting outside on the front lawn at Grandma's house! This is our 4 generation picture with the baby doll Paisley stole from Tia! We were getting quite the kick out of Paisley. She started pulling funny faces and it was hilarious! I love this girl!

*Paisley and I were the only ones home at my mom's house! The family had gone to the beach and we were waiting for Doug who was driving the Uhaul home from Florida. We got hungry so we ran to Taco Bell. When we got home and walked in the door Paisley yelled, "Hello-oh?" It made me laugh and I wished someone else was there to hear it!

When we got inside we sat down at the table and I unwrapped her burrito and she said, "Whoa!" Kind of like, 'look at the size of that!' Once again, I was laughing!

*Paisley will get blankets out of the closet and pretend to go night night with her baby on the floor.  They will just lay there on a pillow with a couple blankets. She also likes us to get out the high chair that hooks onto the table so she can put her baby in that too. It melts my heart to see her play with her baby like this! She found this baby doll at Tia's house and has not let go of it since. She is so devoted to this baby and takes it EVERYWHERE! She has so many other cute clean dolls and for some reason loves this one that is SO dirty!

*Whenever she takes a drink she thinks she needs to give her baby a drink so she'll try putting water int he babies little mouth!

*She has been eating waffles a lot for breakfast and asked for them again one morning. Sadly I had to tell her there were no more waffles left. They were all gone! Well, I was saying the prayer and when I finished she started to say her own. She closed her eyes, folded her arms and said a bunch of stuff and then all of a sudden, " Mama, Paisley, No wakkles (waffles), monkeys, AMEN!" Ya she is a bit obsessed with monkeys now too!

Living at Grandma's

Paisley just took the broom and began cleaning! We loved it!

Staying with little Skylar

We took a trip up to Salt Lake to go house hunting and we stayed at Devyn & Dallin's house! It was so fun to watch Paisley and Skylar play. They play pretty well together for the most part. This is Paisley pushing Skylar around in a little wagon!

Devyn has a cute little bike as well so we took turns going for rides. Paisley loved it!

Paisley had a pair of underwear on but like usual, she wanted another one so she put in on herself and they are obviously backwards. :)

Smarty Pants Camp #3

Another successful week in Vegas and done with Smarty Pants Camp. We always have fun in Vegas with Aunt Mandi and cousins. Just a little memories while we were there! Paisley with lipstick....

Stuck in the Elevator

Grandpa Dean had knee surgery so we road over to the hospital to see him. Paisley and I had to head to Vegas after so Doug was walking us out when we rode the elevator. Good thing he was with us or I would have seriously panicked. The elevator was taking unusually long when I finally said, I think we're stuck! It had been on level 2 for a long time and never reached level one. The doors never opened so finally we called the front desk from the elevator phone to let them know what was going on. The front desk lady kept calling us back wondering if anyone had come yet and we kept saying, "Nope! We're still here!"  Finally about 15 minutes later two men came and pried the door open. I was so glad I was with my little family and that we had cell phone service or I would have panicked. Now whenever we get in an elevator Paisley will say, "Elevator-STUCK!" It's so cute!

 They decided to take off their clothes and run through the sprinklers. Paisley put her arm around Brylee all by herself. It was not a set up photo. This was all them!
