Mandi's Birthday

All of us adults {and Pickle of course} went to Pizza Factory for Mandi's birthday and we had a good time! Happy Birthday Sis!

When we got back to St. George for memorial day Paisley had a blast with little Rubi. Okay well....it was touch and go there but we handled it :)

WHAT A DAY!

Jumping with cousins

Paisley wanted to jump constantly! It was so nice to have people around who were willing to jump with her like cousins and Uncle Mike!

The hot water heater blew on one end of the house where the showers were so until it was fixed I decided to give Paisley a bath in the sink where the water was warm. SHE LOVED IT! It was a ton of fun and we smiled the whole time doing it.

Summer changes

I was finally in Utah so it was time to get my hair done. I called a friend in Delta and she got me right in. I'm now blonder and my hair is a lot shorter. The change has been so nice and fun! When I was done and went to pay she said it had been taken care of. My mother in law had paid it for me! She is so good to me and it was such a fun surprise! In return Doug and I stained her front doors for her so I hope the trade was fair. Thanks Deb!I would normally never post a picture of myself like this but I thought I would so all of my Florida friends get used to it before I get back and shock them all! :)

Finally to Delta

It was so fun to go spend time in Delta. Paisley had so much fun with her Grandma and Grandpa and all her cousins!This is Grandmap and Grandpa with just the girls! {Paisley, Brylee and Skylar}

On Sunday we were able to run over to my cousin Kaeson's farewell. It was so fun to see family and we also were able to visit my grandpa and grandpa Shaheen's headstone! I miss them both so much!

Her New Best Friend

The first Monday morning in town I helped Dani with preschool before Dean came to pick us up. Paisley loved hanging out with all the preschool students but she mainly was attached to Joey's hip. This is of them eating popcorn watching a movie.

Utah Bound for the Summer :)

So we took off to Utah for the summer! :) We had our friend Mark drive us to the airport on May 11th around 6:00. On our way to the airport we get a phone call from Doug's mom telling us that her dad, Grandpa Bill, passed away. We thought we would get to see him but the timing was just off. However, we were grateful we would make it to the funeral! We flew into Las Vegas the night of the 11th around 11:00 and my mom, Mandi and her kids were there to pick us up. The following morning was Mothers Day so we spent the day in Las Vegas at Mandi's house and then took off for St. George. We were able to see my Dad who was patiently waiting at the house resting and recovering from knee surgery he had about 1-2 weeks prior. Monday afternoon, Doug's dad Dean came to pick us up in St. George and we headed to Delta to spend the week and attend Grandpa Bill's funeral!

She is now 2 so we had to pay for her seat. It was nice to have all that room even though it cost an arm and a leg. :/ She did, however, spend most of the time on her dad's lap!
