After 3 years of law school- Graduation Day is here! It is crazy that it is all over! We have been so blessed through this whole process and it has been a great experience. So grateful for all off Doug's hard work and patience. He is the best dad and husband we could ask for.
We laugh at him because he hates this kind of thing. He had no choice but to walk and be part of graduation or he just might not have. His mom and I told him that it was our graduation too and we want to see this!
I just know that when the graduation music came on he just had to of rolled his eyes. He hates this kind of attention.
When they were lining up to receive their diplomas, Deb went by the isle to snap a picture of him. Well he was literally standing right next to her and she NEVER saw him. We have laughed and laughed over it. I kept wondering why she kept looking back at all the students when he was right there by her. Finally they announced his name and he was on stage. She TOTALLY missed him when he was right NEXT to her. I wondered why they hadn't hugged or talked. Hahaha! Whoops!
Dean, Deb, Paisley, Ellie and me were able to make it to the graduation and let's just say it was .......interesting. We could have listened to an Apostle of the Lord who graduated from the University of Utah law school but instead we got to listen to a woman who was less than ideal and lived the commandments of the gospel. Anyways....
WE DID IT!
Snapped a quick picture as Doug walked by
This was his assigned cubby/desk and locker where he studied every day for the last 2 years.
Tucked back by the wall in the library behind rows of books.
