Later Allie painted Paisleys toenails and fingernails while we did shellac on our fingers. Paisley loves getting her nails painted.
When we would put Paisley in the bathtub she would just lay there for minutes and minutes without saying a word and just soak in the warm water. It was like it was the only relief she could get. She would rub her little fingers together in the water because it felt so soft and slimy. Clearly we are not used to the feel of soft water.
It snowed like crazy in St. George that Wednesday and Saturday. The girls loved it and went out to build a snowman.
Once in awhile we could cheer Paisley up with the Mickey and Minnie mouse mugs. She loved them. She even stole some of Dad's money out of his wallet and kept it in there. It was pretty funny.
Thursday I bundled Paisley up and took her outside on the front porch to let her breath in some fresh air. I talked to Doug a bit on the phone and thought he was in between classes but that afternoon ...a couple hours later... he surprised me and walked in the door. I started crying because I was so grateful he had come. He knew Paisley was so sick and that I was so tired and exhausted. It was hard for me to lift on her being pregnant and I was worn out. We took her to the ER and spent about 3 hours there. It was miserable. They did a breathing treatment on her and it was a nightmare fighting her with that mask. The PA was a little interesting and to say the least not that nice and wrote her out a few prescriptions. We finally got out of there and headed home with some Pizza for the family.
Friday Alexa got out of school early so Doug and I took her to get some Ice Cream. We went to Baskin Robbins and she was able to eat that whole cone. I was impressed.
We tried to take Paisley out to play but it was so cold so was mad when I brought her back inside.
We played Blackjack with a bunch of Daemons old change and had a blast until we decided to leave the house. Big mistake. Taylor, Paisley and I went to Target while the other kids built a snowman outside. Well, we ended up locking the keys in the car so Doug had to bring a spare. When we got it all situated it had snowed non stop and took us a year to drive home. The weather was insane. Meanwhile Andrew lost his iphone in the snow outside while building a snowman. We should have all just stayed inside and fake gambled. This is Andrew with his poker game face and glasses. Hahaha!
