Thanksgiving 2012

We woke up and bundled up to head to the Vineyards to watch Doug play in the turkey bowl. Paisley and I had fun watching but then I got to work cooking in the kitchen once we got home. This year for Thanksgiving we went to Brett and Samantha Branham's house. Paisley and Baya played and had a blast while the adults got to visit and laugh...and of course we all ate. Sam made a delicious turkey along with many other great things. My mashed potatoes were a flop but thank heavens Sam made up for all my bad mishaps. We all stuffed our faces and then took naps. It's nice to have friends out here when you are so far from home. We missed our families so much for thanksgiving but there is a lot to be thankful for! :)
