It was time to move back to Salt Lake and finally reunite with Doug after 2 weeks of living apart. Our car was out of AC so Buck offered to drive it for us while we took his air conditioned car as far as Delta. He was going to meet us there in our non air conditioned car and then take off to Vernal. Well, we got up and got ready and took off as soon as we could hoping Ellie would sleep. We met Buck in Delta that afternoon, switched cars, waited for my Dad to drop off the Cargo trailer in Delta with all my stuff, unload some of it and grab some more stuff at Doug's parents house, and then carpool with Dean to Salt Lake while we drove our car in the evening breeze as he pulled the trailer with all of our stuff. Well that's not even the whole story. On my way up with the girls we made it as far as Minersville and had to stop on the side of the road at a little park for about an hour and let Ellie take a breather. She wasn't happy so this was a nice break.
